Education

• MBA from top European business school
• Academic background

Experience

• Minimum two years of post-MBA professional experience
• Minimum two years in an analyst or associate role in a global consulting firm, investment bank, accountancy firm or blue chip environment
• Specialization: finance, strategy or operations
• Mixture of advisory and execution experiences
• Change management experience a plus

Skills

• Solid combination of analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Problem solver, hands-on with convincing personality
• Languages: fluent English, Italian and preferably a third language

Responsibilities

You will join one of our functional or industry-focused teams. In a client environment you will work under the direct supervision of a Project Director or Senior Executive. Depending on the scale of the project you will be leading a team of up to five analysts. In this role you will be responsible to deliver a work stream within a larger project. Depending on the scale of the projects you will be working on a number of projects simultaneously.
