Corporate restructuring
According to a study published in Harvard Business Review, 70 percent of all change programs fail. In the majority of the cases failure occurs as a consequence of the:
- implementation process being too slow and mismanaged
- applied change programs being too restricted and fragmented
Based on examples of successful corporate restructuring programs we identified four main themes:
- crisis control
- rebuilding stakeholder support
- financial strengthening
- fixing the business
They are the infrastructure of the restructuring methodology.
