Patrick Dor is the founder of Verto and a Project Director on international transformation projects. Previously he worked as a Manager in the Business Recovery Services of PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and as a Manager for Ford Motor Company. He started his career at the Commission of the European Union in Brussels.

Patrick’s experience is based on 15 years of continuous project involvement across Europe in Fortune 500 companies and medium-sized enterprises such as British Aerospace, USX Steel, McLaren-Mercedes F1, Ford Motor Company, Dana Automotive Solutions, Hewlett Packard, Symbol Technologies, Alstom and Sudzucker Group. His expertise lays in corporate and divisional transformation. He has led change projects through the implementation of strategic vision, organizational change, operational alignment and cultural transformation. In addition he has been involved in a number of turnaround projects.

Patrick earned a Master of International Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan (1995), graduated in business at EUB University in Brussels (1994) and trained with honors at the International Business Studies course at Harvard University (1994). He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (Italian Chapter) and fluent in French, Dutch, English, German and Italian.
