Federico d’Este (42), Executive Member of the Board and CEO of companies in which KIWI Investment Fund has a participation (one of the largest venture capital funds in Italy). He is the CEO of Telework and Alpikom. He previously worked as CFO of NextiraOne Italy (ex Alcatel Business Distribution), CFO of Telespazio (Finmeccanica Group), a Financial Controller at STET (Telecom Italia) and Wabco Westinghouse.

Federico's experience is based on 16 years of continuous project involvement in ICT business, both in Europe and the USA. He has managed several restructuring and turnaround projects focusing on financial restructuring, market repositioning and organizational change.

Federico earned an MBA from CEDEP in Fontainbleau (Paris) and graduated in Economics at The University of Turin. He speaks Italian and English.
