Gianluca Monteleone, partner and co-founder of Verto, has more than 20 years of international experience in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Media Planning, Public Relations and Change Management. His most outstanding areas are the coordination of complex international advertising and public relations systems, the reorganization of commercial and retail structures, the integral management of business change plans, from crisis control to the implementation of the turnaround plan.
Worldwide Director of Marketing and Communication and Member of the Board of Directors of Natuzzi Group from 1999 to 2006, he previously worked as Marketing Manager at Sara Lee and as Senior Brand Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where he managed high profile brands that are leaders in their market segments.
As a scientific consultant and lecturer, he currently works with Il Sole 24 Ore Formation, LUISS Business School and Spegea. His lectures and testimonies, held in Italy and abroad, cover such issues as change management, international marketing, digital marketing, retailing and communication.
Gianluca earned a degree in Economics from the LUISS University in Rome. He is fluent in Italian and English.
