Luca Brientini (47), CEO of SCI Deutschland GmbH and a strategy and change management consultant in companies involved in the industrial, high tech and service business fields. He previously was the COO of Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV in Germany and a Vice President Corporate Development for Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV in London. Prior to this he worked as a Manager Finance and Business Development for the Business Area ABB Robotics based in the ABB Headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland. He started his career with Brown Boveri Ltd in Baden.

Luca has more than 20 years of experience in large multinational corporations. He has been in charge of Reorganization and Turnaround, Corporate Development, Process Optimization, International Deployment and M&A. His main focus has been on semiconductors, automation, automotive equipment, mobile telecommunications, living environment systems and visual & information systems.

Luca earned an MBA from IMD in Lausanne (1990) and holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico of Milan (1986). He has trained in internal and external management courses at IMD and INSEAD and speaks Italian, English and German.
