Danilo Delfini has an in depth expertise of Change Management. He can deliver a unique mix of hands-on change management and consultancy services. Previous responsibilities have included Senior Member on the United Nations WFP’s Global Wings 2 Project, Senior Manager and Head of the Italian Human Capital practice at Deloitte and Business Manager at Ambrosetti. As a management consultant he worked on both medium and large-sized companies in Italy, across Europe and North America.
Danilo's change management expertise is based on 20 years of corporate problem-solving. He has implemented change across a wide range of sectors, and in corporations like Exxon Mobil Chemicals, Kodak, ENEL Distribuzione, TIM, Wind, H3G, Ericsson Telecommunications, Douglas, CRCI, Poste Italiane, the UN, the Ministry of Finance, Agenzia del Demanio and a number of medium-sized enterprises. His competencies include business development, organizational design, process modeling, quality assurance, technology development and implementation. He has also led change management programs in Human Resources Development and team building exercises across managerial levels.
Danilo earned a Master of International Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan (1995) and graduated at the University of Toronto (1988). He teaches 'Managing Change Projects' for the Executive Training Programme at LUISS University in Rome, and speaks Italian, English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and basic Arabic.
