We focus on privately owned Small and Medium sized Enterprises in Italy. We believe this sector includes many high-potential firms that have been particularly hard hit by the current financial crisis.
We work with firms fitting a wide range of profiles, from start-ups to medium sized distressed firms. All have two characteristics in common:
- potential: their business and operational model represent a clear opportunity for growth. In relative terms, the firm is underperforming
- sustainability: the firm scores well in terms of corporate sustainability, or is willing to commit itself to a defined and controlled roadmap to improved sustainability
