As a Senior Executive you will be part of our Senior Executives Panel that brings together a wide diversity of experienced executives such as Chairman of the Board, Managing Director or CEO, Chief Restructuring Officer CRO, Finance Director or CFO or Operational Leader or COO.

Responsibilities

You will take responsibility for one of our functional or industry-focused teams. In this role you will act as a mover and breakthrough thinker. In a client environment you will operate in two different project roles:

1. Stand-in MD, CEO, CFO, COO, COI or CRO:

• Leader and motivator
• Decision-maker and hands-on executor
• Communicator towards all stakeholders

2. External Advisor / Facilitator to current management:

• Guide to current management
• Provider of breakthrough ideas
• Project manager the change program
• Anticipator on stakeholder decisions
• Trainer of current management

During projects our Senior Executives are always assisted by our in-house professional services.
