Education.

• MBA from top European or US business school.

Experience.

• Minimum five years of post-MBA professional experience;
• proven capacity for leading international teams across a number of concurrent sizeable projects;
• track record of delivering success on challenging projects.

Skills.

• Leader, facilitator and executor;
• good all-round functional experience with strength in one industry;
• solid combination of analytical, communication and presentation skills;
• problem solver, hands-on with convincing personality;
• outstanding networking skills;
• fluent English, Italian and preferably a third language.

Responsibilities.

You will join one of our functional or industry-focused teams and lead their day-to-day activities. In a client environment you will be in charge of project management. In cooperation with a Senior Executive you will guard over client relations, team leadership and quality service.
