Education.

• Fresh MBA from top European or US business school.

Experience.

• Pre-MBA experience in multinational corporation, global consulting firm, investment bank, private equity fund;
• specialization: strategy, marketing, operations, finance;
• Change Management experience a plus.

Skills.

• Solid combination of analytical, communication and presentation skills;
• problem solver, hands-on with convincing personality;
• fluent English, Italian and preferably a third language.

Responsibilities.

You will join one of our functional or industry-focused teams. In a client environment you will be part of a multi-functional project team and work under the direct supervision of a Project Director. Depending on the scale of the projects you will be working on a number of projects simultaneously.
