Enrico Giovene is a senior executive with significant management expertise in corporate restructuring and development. Executive Vice President of Electrolux Food Service Equipment (worldwide), then Executive Vice President Group Sales of Gruppo Natuzzi (worldwide) and Chairman of Natuzzi Americas Inc (USA) until 2003. Previously, he also worked for Olivetti in product planning and M&A projects, and for Selenia in product development. He started his career as a researcher for the University of Padua and CERN (Geneva).
Enrico has a solid experience in corporate strategy and operations. He has been involved in significant M&A activities in multinational environments and has led international transformation and turnaround processes.
In his current professional practice, Enrico has assisted client companies in managing change in product-market policy, reorganizing, selling or relocating operations. He has been assessing value of acquisition targets and conducting management appraisal programs. He served as CEO of the Antonio Merloni Group of Companies under procedure of “Amministrazione Straordinaria”, pursuant to the Italian law which aims at recovery of large industrial groups in critical situations. He also served as Chief Restructuring Officer at Grandi Molini Italiani SpA in administration.
Enrico graduated in Physics at the University of Padua and specialized in Electronics. He has been lecturing Applied Economics at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Udine. He is fluent in Italian, English and French.
