Gianluca Monteleone, partner and co-founder of Verto, has more than 25 years of international experience in Marketing, Advertising and Retail. Gianluca is a senior advisor specialized in change management and digital transformation.
He previously worked as Worldwide Director of Marketing and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Natuzzi Group. He also served as Marketing Manager at Sara Lee and as Senior Brand Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where he managed brands that are leaders in their respective market segments.
As a scientific consultant and lecturer, he currently works with 24ORE Business School, LUISS Business School, Spegea Business School, ICE – Italian Trade Agency, NIBI – Nuovo Istituto di Business Internazionale, and Unicredit Go International.
Gianluca earned a degree in Economics from the LUISS University in Rome. He is fluent in Italian and English.
