Founding Partner
Patrick D. Henri is a founding partner of Verto and project director on international change projects. Previously he worked as a Manager in Business Recovery Services of PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and as a Manager for Ford Motor Company Europe. He started his career at the Commission of the European Union in Brussels.
His expertise is based on 20 years of international project development in medium-sized enterprises and Fortune 500 companies such as British Aerospace, USX Steel, McLaren-Mercedes F1, Ford Motor Company, Dana Automotive Solutions, Hewlett Packard, Symbol Technologies, Sia Home Fashion, Alstom and Sudzucker Group. He specializes in corporate and divisional transformation and led change projects through the implementation of strategic vision, organizational change, operational alignment and cultural transformation. In addition he has been involved in a number of turnaround projects.
Patrick earned a Master of International Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan (1995), graduated in business at EUB University in Brussels (1994) and trained with honors at the International Business Studies course at Harvard University (1994). He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society of London, member of the Turnaround Management Association (Italian Chapter) and is fluent in French, Dutch, English, German and Italian.
